What is Sol's sizing guideline?

To find your size, please refer to the following chart. Fit can be tricky, and we'll help you with this when you call to place your order.

How do I place an order and what are your hours of business?		We have a few of our most popular gifts available for sale online. If you would like to place an order for another item, a gift certificate, or make an inquiry about any of our merchandise, please call 1-800-466-1356 (Monday-Saturday 10-6, MST). At all other times, leave us a message and we'll get back to you during our regular business hours.

What are the payment options you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What is the availability of your merchandise?

Items shown on our Shop Page are items we carry in our store. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, however in the event that a size or color is sold out, we will contact you immediately. We will be happy to suggest an item that is comparable to the one requested as a replacement.

What is Sol's shipping policy?

Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). We ship by UPS, rates are listed below. Currently we only accept online orders placed from within the US, and shipped within the US. For an international order, please call 1-800-466-1356.

What are the shipping costs for orders?

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have every transaction result in an easy and successful shopping experience. You may return any item at any time, for any reason. We are happy to issue you a full refund or exchange. Please note that freight is non-refundable, unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise.

How can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

Send returns to: Sol…store of lingerie-Returns 248 Detroit Street, Denver, CO 80206 USA. Please include a copy of your receipt in the package. For your protection, we recommend that you use US Parcel Post, Airborne Express, Federal Express, or UPS and insure for the full value of the item. Within a week of receiving your package, we will credit your original purchase method, minus the shipping charges. If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service department toll free at 1-800-466-1356 for a UPS Call Tag pick up.
